Interlock Bricks

Being a less heat-intensive and natural material, laterite retains coolness inside the house.

Less labor intensive and more time-saving as the Interlocking blocks need only be fitted to each other; instead of conventional cement mortar construction.

Plastering towards the bottom of the wall above the foundation will prevent moisture from seeping up the wall.
It is not advisable to have Interlocking walls in areas which are prone to get wet frequently (like bathrooms).

Flyash Block

The manufacturing of concrete masonry units uses a dry, harsh concrete mixture compacted into molds with great mechanical energy. When unmolded, these units maintain their shape during handling and transportation into a curing environment. Curing methods consist of either the high-pressure, high-temperature autoclave; or the atmospheric-pressure, high-temperature kiln. The use of high-quality fly ash has become accepted practice in the industry.

Traditional Clay Mud Bricks

Mud block is a concept which employs a form of Concrete produced using soil, cement and water. The initial concept of developing Mud-block was to incorporate both the strength and durability of concrete into mud-based constructions to introduce a low-cost, load-bearing wall system with easy construction techniques which ensured indoor comfort while minimizing the impact on the environment.

Here the fraction of soil is fulfilling the role of aggregate in the material and low quantities of cement will act as a stabilizer. Precisely the usable gravel range and the gravel percentage governs the compressive strength of the material.

AAC/ALC Block

Our blocks will provide the trusted lightweight walling solution you need.

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks (AAC Blocks), which are also commonly known as Aerated Lightweight Concrete blocks (ALC Blocks) are common masonry blocks used in construction of a wall. AAC is a lightweight material composed of silica sand, gypsum, lime and cement. They are manufactured with advance machine and technology which uses heat and pressure method known as autoclaving to cure.

There are several advantages to AAC material such as, thermal insulation, extreme fire resistances, high compressive strength and lightweight. Our AAC Blocks has a suite of certification and accreditation from local test laboratory.

CLC Block

CLC Blocks (Cellular Light Weight Concrete Blocks) are made of Cellular Light weight concrete (CLC) or Foam Concrete. Cellular Light Weight Concrete (CLC) is a light weight concrete that is produced by mixing cement and flyash slurry with pre-formed foam.
